The movies on this
site are in Windows Media format. In
order to play these files on a Windows
system, you must use
Windows Media Player. Mac users can
use
Flip4Mac or
Windows Media Player for Mac.
Movies are available in two different sizes: 100K and 512K, these file sizes are not suitable for full screen viewing, but are designed to look good up to 200%. We are currently looking at options to allow higher quality downloads. Depending on your browser and media player, if you simply click on the movie file link (instead of right-clicking it) the media player may attempt to start playing the movie once a certain portion of it is downloaded. In this case, it is normal for buffering delays to occur, especially with larger file sizes.
If you download a movie, a copy of the movie file is placed on your hard drive. On a Windows system, you can download a file by right-clicking one of the movie file links. Select "Save Target As..." from the popup menu that appears and specify a location for the downloaded file. Once the download is complete, you can view the movie file from your hard drive.
Windows XP Users - Please Note: If you are experiencing problems with acceptance of your password to view videos with the Media Player videos since installing Windows XP Security Patch # 810847 (Feb 2003) you will also need to install the critical update patch # 813951. Download the 813951 patch now.
