A virus is accidentally released that turns infected humans and animals into raging zombies within seconds. At the very start of the film, Cillian Murphy awakens from a coma and we see him come to in full frontal fashion. He gets up and looks around the ward while looking for people. A additional frontal view and then a rear. Later in the film, we get a nice rear shot as he takes a well needed shower. Could he be the next Ewan McGregor??? He's off to a good start!
